Rates & insurance

Individual therapy - $150/hr

Couples therapy - $250/ per 1-½ hrs

Insurance:

Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm eligibility for mental health services and to obtain a treatment authorization number and co-pay if required. Our office will submit all in-network billing claims.

We currently take Anthem and Community Health Options insurance.​

Out-of-Network: If we are not providers for your insurance you may be able to get refunded for part of our self-pay fees. Contact your insurance company and find out what your out-of-network mental health benefits are.

We do provide sliding scale fees when appropriate.

Payment Schedule
You are responsible for your copay or self-pay at each session. 

Missing appointments or late cancellations.
A $75/hour missed appointment fee will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours. This charge is solely your responsibility, as insurance companies do not cover missed appointments.
